An all-around morning, coached by an All-American.
Capital City Flips is proud to present this all-around gymnastics camp with Sage Kellerman, an NCAA All-American vault and bars specialist from Michigan State University. It is a rare chance for compulsory gymnasts to train fundamentals directly under a decorated collegiate athlete.
Open to all compulsory gymnasts, this is a morning built to sharpen skills, build confidence, and inspire the next step in every athlete's gymnastics journey. Every gymnast works all four events with Sage guiding the group from the first warm-up to the last photo.

03 / Meet Sage
Meet Sage Kellerman.
Michigan State University · Vault & Bars
In 2025, Sage was named First Team All-American on vault and Second Team All-American on bars, earned the highest-ever NCAA Championships finish by a Spartan with a runner-up on vault, and became the first-ever Big Ten Event Specialist of the Year. She has scored two perfect 10.000s on vault, tying a Michigan State record for multiple perfect scores on a single event in one season.
Before MSU, Sage trained for six years as a Level 10 athlete at All-American Flames Gymnastics, earning two Junior Olympic National Qualifier titles and a national runner-up finish on vault. She is passionate about sharing her experience with the next generation and helping young athletes build the skills and confidence to compete at the highest level.

Who is the camp for?
Any compulsory gymnast is welcome. All compulsory levels train together, with Sage guiding the group across every event.
How many spots are there?
The camp is capped at 20 gymnasts so every athlete gets direct feedback and meaningful reps throughout the morning.
What will we work on?
Skill work across vault, bars, beam, and floor with technical corrections tailored to each athlete, a Q&A on college gymnastics and recruiting, plus autographs and photos with Sage.
What should my gymnast bring?
Come dressed to train in a leotard or comfortable athletic clothes with hair up, and bring a water bottle. Bring grips if your gymnast trains with them.

Capital City Flips, 864 Elmwood Road, Lansing, MI 48917. The camp is $100 per athlete for the 9AM-12PM session on Saturday, July 25th.
